Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulations regarding certain ingredients, we cannot ship some products to specific countries. If you place an order for a restricted item, we will notify you and provide options for substitution or refund.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately, though we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order processing has begun.
Delivery Issues
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping or we can process a refund minus the original shipping costs.
In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may require you to file a claim with the carrier.
