Return Policy

At Pure Nature, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair return policy.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items purchased from Pure Nature within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Certain products are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons, including:
- Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken
- Personal care items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Sale items marked as final sale
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@purenature.com or call +1 (800) 555-1234 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Complete the return form that was included with your order or download it from our website.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
- Include the completed return form and RMA number with your return.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as for returns. In your communication with our customer service team, please specify that you want an exchange and provide details of the replacement item you're requesting.
If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference. If it's of lower value, we will refund the difference.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or our error
- Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim more efficiently.
For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and will send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the timeframe mentioned above, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
International Returns
For international orders, the same return policy applies, but please note:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return shipping process
- International returns may take longer to process due to shipping and customs clearance times
- We cannot be responsible for delays in international returns due to customs processing
